A. Be under control :

Examples :

Person A: How is your business going?
Person B: It is coming along well and everything is under control for the moment.

Meaning :

If something is under control, it is going as you want and you direct its development well.

B. Be beyond someone’s control :

Examples :

The whole matter is beyond my control, I can do nothing to reverse the situation.

Meaning :

Impossible to direct or get control of.
