COMMUNICATION (1)

A simple approach can define the verb communicate as the act of transmitting a message by: speech, gestures or writting.

The verb seems simple but it hides a long process of actions:

Prepare a message, send it, receive it, interpret it, send feedback, receive it …. that’s why we talk about: a process of communication.

Here are some basics:

A. VERBAL COMMUNICATION:

Focuses on what you say using words, sentences and speech.

B. NON VERBAL COMMUNICATION:

Known also by body language, focuses on gestures, signs and facial expressions.

C. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION:

When there is a pefect understanding between the sender and the receiver. Both succeed to overcome the barriers that may occur during their process of communication.
